We are on a journey to a healthier lifestyle. In doing so we must make some changes and modifications to the way we have eaten for years. We are choosing to return to the provisions God made and intended for us to live healthy lives, so we could conduct His Kingdom affairs. The Daniel Plan is not a fast but a lifestyle change, connecting Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus and Friends.
We have nearly 70 teams and 600 people participating in the Daniel Plan, we are united in this effort and in support of each other. Every Wednesday, Power Packed lessons are taught teams are communicating and doing group activities. Yes we are working the plan.
