Spiritual Self Care is the primary area of self-care—all other areas of self-care spring from caring for our spirit man. We were made to have a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and being Spirit-led and learning of Him is our lifelong pursuit. Nurturing our souls brings peace, contentment, and joy, even through the storms of life. Neglecting our spirit man leads to burnout and the feeling of being out of control, and you succumb to worry and anxiety. Here we discuss some ways to practice spiritual self-care.
Thank You! Due to your efforts, the Back to School Giveaway was a success. We were able to minister to, and meet the needs of the community.
